We work exclusively with private household professionals. If you are a nanny, housekeeper, PA, house or estate manager, domestic couple, family driver, chef, or work in a similar role within a private home or staffed residence, this space is for you.

Everything we offer is shaped around the realities of working in someone else’s home. We provide a confidential, non-judgemental space to talk things through, gain clarity, and feel more confident in your role. We do not work with employers, agencies, or principals - our support is solely for those working within private households.

Meet Rosie, Founder of Private Staff Life

With over 12 years of experience working in private households, I understand the unique rewards and challenges that come with these roles because I have lived them myself.

My experience spans nannying, household management and private PA support, giving me a well-rounded understanding of life behind the scenes in HNW and UHNW private homes. I have worked closely with families in positions of trust, navigating everything from everyday responsibilities to complex workplace situations. I know how rewarding this profession can be, but I also know it can feel isolating when you have no one impartial to turn to.

That is why I created Private Staff Life.

My aim is to provide a confidential, non-judgemental space where private household professionals can gain clarity, feel supported and approach workplace challenges with confidence.
